Shipping policy

*U.S. TARIFFS:

USA based customers are subject to 35% Tariff Fees + Brokerage fees of around $10-$20. These fees will be collected upon delivery via the postal service.

You will NOT be able to collect your package until the fees are paid.

These fees are issued by the US Government and are out of our control as a business, we apologize for the inconvenience. 

 

FREE SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS :  

  • Order must be valued at $100 or more
  • Must be located within the USA or CANADA

 

SHIPPING TIMES AND RATES:  

All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary based on location.

Shipping times:

  • USA (6-9 Business Days)
  • Canada (3-13 Business Days)
  • Rest of World (Calculated at checkout)


DOES COURT CANDY SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

We ship internationally, so we most likely do!

We recommend starting the checkout process and inputting your information. Once you reach the “shipping” section you will be presented with the shipping options available to you. If you get an “error” message, sadly that means that we do not ship to your location.


OUR SHIPMENT PROCESS:  

1. As soon as you place an order with us you will receive a confirmation email that includes a receipt with all of the items in your order (make sure to check your junk mail!).

2. After we receive your order, we process and package your items within 1-3 business days.

3. When your order is ready to go, you will receive another email notifying you of the shipment of your order, this email will also include your tracking code for your order. Please note that not all orders outside of USA and Canada will come with a tracking number, this depends on the type of shipment method used. 


 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES: 

All of our packages come with Tracked Shipping and we are not responsible for all items once they have been shipped. If an item says "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the shipment company or courier. If we have documentation saying the package was successfully delivered to the address on your order form, then unfortunately we can not assist in the resolution of the issue, you must contact the shipment company or courier who the delivery was made by. 


 PREORDERS: 

Items in our store marked as “available for PRE ORDER” are available to purchase now, but please keep in mind that the shipment time of these items will be longer than our other items. PRE ORDER items have a shipment time of approximately 3-5 weeks. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your PRE ORDERED item is shipped to you.
